Today started baking course.
the place was held at Jurong West Sports & Recreation Centre.
well, i enjoyed even its just the first lesson! (:
when i first look at our chef Sady, it was so.
OMG
he so so damn fierce can!
but after awhile, started realise he's actually quite a nice and funny chef.
For today, he taught us Basic Creeps and those American Pancakes?
till now, i still do rmb some words he said;
he believes we should have a “hands-on” attitude in life.
if a person has life skills, hunger is not in the horizon.
he believes in training us is to build a career and not just a job.
this is achieved by teaching us life skills and not just book knowledge.
after today, i also realised that baking or cooking out a dish of food its not easy.
but its not as difficult as what you think.
we just need cultivate cooperation,
communication,
leadership and problem-solving skills.
you don't cook just to let others eat,
but to share of your ideas and share with them
that is somethings new to them.
